Did you make the candle and jewellery figures yourself?

Yes! When we first started our journey, we were lucky to have our good friend and housemate Evelina create our own unique body shapes for us. From there, we had them 3D-printed and then created moulds out of the prints. Using mini versions of these 3D prints, we cast our silver and bronze pendants!

How do I care for my jewellery?

Silver requires much less upkeep, but you can give it a polish from time to time. Bronze is a different matter. Your bronze jewellery will almost certainly tarnish, but we have included a polishing cloth in every package, including instructions on how to best keep your bronze pendant looking 10/10.

Do you do special requests/ what colours do your candles come in?

We like to keep things different here at TT, so we release different colours and designs monthly! If you ever have a request for a colour or design, you can alway drop us an Email or DM and we’d be happy to do what you’re after!

Would you be willing to work/collaborate with me?

Most definitely! We’re always up for collabs/opportunities to work with different creatives or anyone who shares the same values as us! If you’d like to work with us on anything, feel free to drop us an email or DM.

Can I recycle your packaging?

Yes, please do! All our packaging is recycled/recyclable… from the stickers to the box!

Are your candles Vegan?

Of course! We use Wax made with Soy and a little bit of Vegetable for our candles, and all our paints/materials are natural and ethically sourced.

How long will it take for my item arrive?

Trippy Tuesday is a two gal team working really hard to get your orders out as fast as we can. Currently we are getting a substantial amount of orders so we cant ship out daily, instead we are shipping out every Wednesday and Friday.

For UK and USA order, our standard delivery is untracked as it is substantially cheaper. To have your parcel tracked, there is the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. Please be aware that if you choose untracked and your parcel gets lost/damaged, we will be unable to refund or resend you your order.

Do we do wholesale?

Right now, because it’s just us two, we can’t offer wholesale.... unless it would be on a larger scale stockist opportunity. Please email us for more up-to-date info on this!

What is your missing items/returns policy?

We're always happy to refund or resend you a candle if there was a clear problem with the one you received, or if you've chosen tracked shipping and it seems your package has been lost in the mail - after 30 days. 

Please be aware, we will not be able to refund you for your initial purchase, if we send out a replacement.
